The olive mill is not operating for oil processing. The harvest will be stored and transported on Monday. 44 crates of the Tsounati variety and 19 crates of the Koroneiki variety were collected and transported to the olive mill’s storage area. The analysis on 14/10/23 showed a yield of 4.7 and an acidity of 0.4

51 crates of Koroneiki were transported to the olive mill; 17 crates are stored for transport on 16/10/2023.

Results of oil extraction and analysis: acidity 0.3, yield 6. The 3 samples from the dates 13/10/2023, 14/10/2023, and 16/10/2023, which come from the first six days of harvest, will be sent to Athens for further analysis. 61 crates were transported to the olive mill at 16:00.
